Going to restaurants where alcohol is served

Imâm Muhammad Nâsir-ud-Deen al-Albânee (died 1420)

Question: What is the ruling on eating in a restaurant where there is alcohol if there are other restaurants?

Answer: There are other restaurants? We do not doubt that it is not allowed, because a Muslim is not allowed to enter places where Allâh’s anger and wrath are provoked – except to pass by.
