Wearing bracelets is the imitation of women and could even be Shirk

Imâm Sâlih bin Fawzân al-Fawzân

Question: Today, the wearing of bracelets, which are sometimes made of fabric and in other cases of metal, has spread among some young men. What is the ruling on this act and what is the duty of the father towards such conduct?

Answer: Bracelets are specific to women. A man who is wearing bracelets imitates women, and the Prophet صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ cursed men who imitate women and women who imitate men.

This is the mildest case, and if they believe that these bracelets provide protection or remove evil, it is Shirk towards Allâh عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ.
