Question: If a person slaughters the Sacrifice in accordance with the Sharee`ah, but the one who slaughtered calls to grave worship and seeks intercession from the Prophet صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ…
Answer: It is not permissible to authorize a disbeliever to slaughter the Sacrifice. Only Muslims or People of the Book (Jews and Christians) may be authorized.
