Question: What is the ruling on combining the prayers during exam days, in order to be able to study or sleep longer with the aim of being up at night and studying for the exam?
Answer: There is no might nor power except with Allâh. That is not allowed, and all studies that distract from the prayer are forbidden. All studies that distract from praying on time and in congregation are forbidden. That is not allowed.
